My own travel agency. Not a website — the entire operation: the site, the chatbot that answers, the engine that publishes content without anyone touching it, the portal where agents log in with their own access, and the domain mail.

An investigative, politics and economics outlet. I include it deliberately: not everything gets built in the stack you would choose. Plenty of clients are on WordPress, and what matters is knowing how to run it well — edge caching, a taxonomy that does not rot, and response times that do not depend on luck.

Content that corrects itself when the underlying figure moves
Government deadlines and payment dates, explained plainly. The interesting part is not the site, it is the engine behind it: it schedules the whole year in advance, and when a figure an article cites changes, that article puts itself in the correction queue. Nobody has to remember which ones they were.

Federal payment dates and deadlines. Not a single photograph, deliberately: everything you see is drawn from the data layer. That removes licensing cost, removes weight, and above all means the figures never go stale — they are recalculated on every build.

A complete acquisition system you can walk through before hiring
Lead generation for roofing contractors in the United States. The part I most want to show is the walkthrough: the prospect picks between three real landing templates, goes into the CRM and moves things around with sample data, and sees the report they would get every Monday. We do not tell them what they get — we show them.

New and used Toyota vehicles in Nicaragua. The site is the visible part; what holds the sale together is everything else — the used-vehicle inventory, the CRM where enquiries land, and the notification that reaches the salesperson's phone before the customer has closed the tab.

Lodging with direct booking, no portal commission
A hostel in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. It is written in English because its guest is the international traveller, not the local one. The booking engine sits inside the site itself: the reservation comes in directly, without paying an intermediary portal its cut.
