I tell you exactly what I need to get into. Once that is settled I send the payment link — never before, because without access the audit cannot be done.

You get the document, and I walk you through it
The written report plus a recording where I take you through it. Every figure carries its source: where it came from, what period, and what it does not include.
If I do not find a single leak worth more than you paid, you get the audit refunded in full.
Conditions, so it is serious in both directions
- I need the access we agreed on. Without getting into the accounts there is nothing to audit. If access does not arrive or arrives incomplete, the guarantee does not apply — and I tell you that before charging, not after.
- The guarantee is about the finding, not about taste. If the report documents a quantified leak, the guarantee is met — even if the recommendation does not convince you or you choose not to act on it. What is guaranteed is finding, not agreeing.
- Every finding carries its source. Method, period, and what it excludes. So there is nothing to argue from memory: the report itself says whether there is a finding.
- Seven calendar days from delivery to claim it. After that it is considered accepted.
- One per business.
- Refunds go back by the same payment method, within five business days.
