About

I build the thing. Then I run it.

Most people selling digital marketing hand you a slice — the campaigns — and leave the rest to somebody else. When it fails outside that slice, it is genuinely not their fault and genuinely not fixed. I wanted the version where none of it is somebody else's problem.

What I actually do

I get high-ticket service businesses more booked work, and I can show where each one came from. That means the ads, the tracking that proves it, and the automation that stops an enquiry going cold while somebody is busy. One person, one accountable chain.

What I operate right now

Not case studies about other people. Businesses I built and still run — a travel agency, news outlets, a lead-generation operation in the United States, client sites across three countries. Every one can be opened and checked.

Where this came from

Four years inside Starwood Hotels

A chain with dozens of properties taught me something no course does: the moment a customer asks for something is explicitly somebody's job, measured, and never left to whoever is nearest. That standard is still the thing I bring first.

Then the agency

Digital Glow Agency, which I run. Ads, web, hosting and automation for businesses that need the whole chain to work, not one link of it.

And then my own businesses

Because advising is easy when the outcome is somebody else's. Running my own operations removed every excuse available to a consultant — and changed what I am willing to promise.

How I work

Measure before spending

Raising a budget on top of broken tracking makes the same mistake more expensive. The audit comes first, always.

Fixed fee, not a percentage

If I get the same result on a smaller budget, I earn the same. That keeps the advice pointing at you.

The account is yours

Campaigns run in an account you own. If we stop working together you keep the history, which is the part that took years to build.

Every figure carries its source

Method, period, and what it excludes. A number I cannot source does not go in the report.

What I will not do

Organic social media management. SEO for businesses where the search volume does not justify the work. Clients whose customer is worth too little for paid acquisition to ever pay off. Saying it early saves us both the time.

If this sounds like your problem

The way to find out is a piece of paid work with a defined output, not a call where I tell you what you want to hear.
